It’s no secret that our brain is capable of remarkable things.

Everything from remembering a conversation you had with a close friend to solving complex mathematical problems.

But sometimes it may feel like it’s not on your side –

It’ll play tricks on you and make you feel less capable, less happy, and frustrated when you can’t create the life we had pictured.

The good news is, AWARENESS is the first step to changing your belief system !!

To help you, here are 3 ways your brain may be tricking you and sabotaging your success:

1. Complaining

We all complain from time to time, but when you spend more time complaining about what you don’t have than what you do have, and you complain about what you’re not doing, or what you don’t like – then you’re denying yourself of enjoying the present moment.

2. Overthinking

Do you ever think a lot about what you want to achieve but take little or no action to actually get there?

Basically, you dream about it, but you don’t do anything about it. Does this sound familiar?

3. Playing small

Do you ever tell yourself that settling for less is OK?

Do you make up excuses as to why it’s okay that you don’t do that ‘thing’ you’ve wanted for years, or tell yourself things like “I could never have that career or reach that level of success?”
