As a psychotherapist using EFT aka Tapping, the most common refrain I hear from my clients when I ask them why they don’t tap more regularly is : “I don’t know what to say when I’m tapping “

I understand. Tapping feels so easy when you are working with an experienced EFT practitioner or when you are tapping along to an audio or video.

The moment you have to tap on your own, your mind goes blank. You don’t know which issue to start with, the “right” words to say, or for how long you should tap.

To make this easier for you, today I’m sharing a simple process that will take you less than 10 minutes. It is giving by my colleague Gene Monterastelli (Tapping Q&A) who uses this process every day, first thing in the morning.

And the beautiful thing about the process is that you don’t even need to come up with any words to tap for.

Using the process consistently will help to clear your head, give you a little boost of energy, and make starting your day a bit easier… And finally, it’s going to make a huge difference to your mood, your focus, and your productivity.

All you need is a timer (like your mobile phone or watch), a pen, and a piece of paper.

Give it a try ==> http://tappingqanda.com/476

And let me know how it works for you.
