Face to face therapy/ counselling

Counselling is guidance to help you deal with problems in life. Therapy is a guided treatment which helps you gain insight and skills in order to resolve any personal issues. They can both help you:

Therapies may include Energy Psychology with EFT & Matrix Reimprinting , Positive Psychology, Psychodynamics Therapy, Mindfulness.
