Instead, pause for a second to reflect on why you feel the way you do, honor your feelings and then release them by exhaling deeply, going for a run or even screaming as loud as you can! Try this and I promise that you’ll feel better.

Remember that a thought in your mind has as much power as the attention we give to it. So instead of complaining about everything that you’re lacking or what’s not working in your life, relax your awareness and try focusing on all of the positive things that you do have in your life.

Step 3: SHOW YOURSELF SOME LOVE
If there’s something you’ve wanted to do for a long time, then stop wanting and give yourself permission to do it! Take that trip you’ve always wanted to go on, make time to learn the hobby that you’re so passionate about, visit a relative or hang out with a good friend.
